Paul serves as CEO and Founder of Wilbur Ministries, an international recording and touring music and mission organization based in Jacksonville, Florida. Paul served for ten years as the Cantor/Worship Leader at Beth Messiah Congregation in Rockville, Maryland, and is one of the original ‘Founding Fathers’ of Tikkun Global.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in music education, as well as a master’s degree in vocal performance from Indiana University. He is the author of several books and many worship recordings performed live in Israel that are well known in many nations of the world.
