Israel? Colonialist? Really? Wait a minute! WATCH today as Asher reminds us that “Palestina” was the imperialist, colonialist name first given to Israel in 135 AD by the Roman Empire in an attempt to ERASE the original, indigenous identity of the land. Other empires followed. But, in 1948, the land was liberated by its original people: the Jews! And restored to its original name: Israel! Let’s keep it that way!
