Emergency Prayer in the Wake of New Terrorist Attacks

Hello dear friends, last night, two Palestinians from Jenin attacked a small settlement of Orthodox Jews called Elad.

They attacked innocent passersby with two hatchets. Three were injured. Three were killed. Those killed were all young fathers. Together they leave behind 16 orphaned children. The attack came right on May 5th at the end of Independence Day celebrations at the park in the settlement.

This attack is the 7th and most recent in a series of terrorist acts that started in March, having killed 19 people to this point. There has been an increase in Hamas propaganda calling for independent terrorist attacks, including the use of hatchets on Israeli citizens.

The two men who did the attack are still on the loose at the time I write this. These terrorist attacks cause a domino effect of reactions: complaints toward the Israeli government, international diplomatic responses, more Jihadist propaganda, and an increase in anger, distrust, and pain among the people.

A side issue is that it affects the entrance of Palestinian workers coming into Israel. There are approximately 50,000 illegal workers that enter Israel every day from the territories. It is a major source of income for many of those Palestinian families.

Please pray to bind the spirits of terrorism, racism, and violence. Pray for wisdom for the Israeli government and security leaders to take the correct steps in response.

Pray for honest and balanced reporting in international media and diplomatic circles. Pray for justice and righteousness. Pray for Jews and Arabs alike to turn their hearts to the need for salvation.
