Global Prayer Alert

Tikkun Global

Jerusalem, Israel

February 6, 2025

  1. Three more hostages are supposed to be let out this weekend. Pray for grace that this will go through. Eli Sharavi lost his wife and 2 children on October 7. His brother was killed in captivity. So his freedom will be bitter sweet.

  2.  Pray for all the hostages to be released including bodies of those murdered, almost half of those remaining.

  3.  Pray for the Syrian border. The new presidential leader is a former ISIS terrorist. He is claiming peace but is hard to trust. We are presently 'occupying' the Syrian side of the Golan Heights which is a crucial security position. Pray for wisdom on how to proceed with the new Syria.

  4.  Pray for the newly elected Christian president of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun, that he will continue to gain control over the country and succeed in disarming Hezbollah. Pray for strength for the believing community in Lebanon.

  5.  Pray for the right 'day after' decisions for the future of the Gaza Strip. The world is stunned by Trump's suggestion for the US to take over the strip and resettle its residents. Israelis are praising him for thinking out of the box.

  6.  Pray for correct strategy for the Judea and Samaria territories, the new hot spot for terrorism in the war, and right within our borders. Pray against blind hatred which makes any attempt at negotiating impossible.

  7.  Pray protection for our soldiers on all fronts. "No weapon fashioned against you will prosper." Also against military accidents and "friendly fire."

  8.  Pray for wisdom for Trump and Netanyahu on how to weaken Iran's stronghold in the Middle East and prevent Iran from developing the nuclear weapon.

  9.  Pray for the displaced northern and southern residences to be able to return to their homes. Those going back are finding their homes and land in disarray and lack funds to do necessary renovations, including building proper bomb shelters.

  10.  Pray for healing for our country, physically and emotionally. There are many wounded. All have been traumatized. Pray that this trauma will not lead to bitterness and depression, but rather to hope and salvation, to the Father of mercies, God of all comfort.
