Missiles Fell. Our Team Showed Up.

Israel continues to face intense attacks as missiles from Iran strike civilian areas across the country. Sirens, shelter runs, and uncertainty have become part of daily life. In these moments, the most immediate need is often very simple: people caring for people.
On the second day of the war, March 1st, one of the largest missile impacts occurred in the city of Beit Shemesh, not far from Jerusalem. The attack left nine people dead and more than seventy injured, devastating families and shaking the surrounding neighborhoods.
Shortly after the strike, Yonas Bellay, from our Tikkun Global team, drove into the area to serve members of the Ethiopian Israeli community who live nearby. Even while the nation remained on high alert, he brought culturally meaningful food supplies used in Ethiopian homes along with financial vouchers to help families purchase necessities during the current holiday season and prepare for Passover.
In the process of serving, Yonas injured his back and is currently recovering. We are grateful for his courage and ask you to keep him in prayer for a quick healing.
After witnessing the massacre of the Iranian people by this satanic regime on January 8 and 9, we felt we had to do something to stand with the people in seeking real change. On January 22, we began a 40-day prayer initiative, the Esther Call for Iran, leading up to Purim this past week. We have extended this call for the liberation of Iran and transformation in the Middle East, continuing to believe that this is a critical moment in history. Thousands of believers are praying together for the safety of Israel, the freedom of the Iranian people, and for the gospel to spread across the Middle East.Â
Â
Please join us every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3pm Israel Time (9am Eastern Time). We remain committed to contending in prayer until breakthrough comes.
In times like these, your partnership becomes incredibly important.
Thank you for standing with Israel, praying for Iran’s freedom, and partnering with us in this critical hour.
With gratitude,

The Tikkun Global Leadership Team
