At Tikkun Global, equipping believers is one of the central ways we serve the Body of Messiah. We help believers become strengthened, grounded, and equipped with the biblical knowledge and practical tools they need to grow in maturity, walk in their calling, and share their faith with others.
This work happens in many ways. One example this year was Yalla Aloha, a three-month discipleship program in partnership with Ekballo Ministries in Hawaii.
Yalla Aloha serves young believing Israelis, many of whom have recently completed their service in the IDF. Military service is always demanding, but the past two and a half years have been especially intense. Many are carrying the weight of what they have seen, endured, and sacrificed. Through Yalla Aloha, they were given space to breathe, heal, grow, and be strengthened in the Lord.
During their time in Hawaii, the students:
Shared meals and built intentional community at the Ekballo coffee farm
Participated in worship and Hebrew-led prayer
Received discipleship and teaching through group sessions and small groups
Served through hands-on work on the coffee farm
Took part in an overnight retreat with camping, worship, and fellowship
Celebrated Shabbat together with space for rest, reflection, and renewal

Upon their return, we asked several students to describe their experience. Their responses were simple and beautiful:
They found a safe place to rest in the Lord, abide with Him, experience freedom and joy, receive encouragement, build meaningful connection, and grow in their walk with Him.
This is just one picture of what equipping looks like through Tikkun Global.
Through your faithful giving, Tikkun Global can continue equipping believers in Israel and the nations through discipleship, training, mentoring, and spiritual formation.
Would you make a gift today to help advance this calling?

With gratitude,
