Tiferet Yeshua (Glory of Yeshua) is a Hebrew-speaking, messianic Jewish congregation in the heart of Tel Aviv. Under the pastoral leadership of Gil Afriat and his wife, Tamar, they are shining the light of salvation in a time of darkness in practical ways.
They are providing Israel's soldiers with:
portable phone chargers
undergarments and towels
care packages with high quality essentials for combat soldiers
They are also helping support some of the 130,000 citizens who have been displaced from their homes in the war zones, becoming refugees in their own country.
They are providing children from displaced families with:
Diapers
Crafts and games
Books
Toys
Sports equipment
Large trampolines
The needs of these soldiers and refugees are ongoing. In addition to responding to general requests for aid that come to them, they have a direct relationship with a combat unit in the north and a kibbutz hosting thousands of refugees, both of which are communicating specific needs as they arise.
