The Widow’s Mite

I’m writing to you from an airport between flights, reflecting on a meeting that deeply moved me. I sat down for dinner with a long-time partner of our ministry — a humble pastor from a far East country who lives in the US.
She first connected with Tikkun Global nearly a decade ago after receiving a revelation about God’s heart for Israel and the Jewish people. It completely changed her theology, her ministry, and her life.
Since that moment, she has made it her mission to spread the TRUTH everywhere she can be heard — in gatherings, book materials, and personal conversations. She boldly speaks against confusion and replacement theology, teaching others to see Israel through the lens of Scripture and to love the Jewish people as God does.
In the years since, she has faithfully stood with us — giving sacrificially, praying earnestly, and carrying a deep longing to see the restoration of all things.
But what she shared with me at dinner left me speechless.
Her church no longer meets in a building. In fact, it’s just her and her two adult daughters — three women gathering weekly to worship, pray, and study the Word together. And yet, through their simple faith, they continue to give generously every year to support the work of Tikkun Global. They have given well over half a million dollars in approximately ten years. Our friend's story is not first and foremost about numbers or finances. It's about faith!
Essentially, all that they receive, they send — not to build their own ministry, but to bless Israel and proclaim the truth of God’s covenant faithfulness.
As I listened, I could only think of Yeshua’s words in Luke 21:1–4, when He looked upon the widow who gave her two small coins and said, “This widow has put in more than all the others.”
That moment reminded me again of the sacredness of this calling — to steward with purity and awe the gifts that the Lord entrusts to us through His people.
Our friend’s story is not about finances. It’s about faith. It’s about a life wholly surrendered to God’s purposes — to comfort His people, to proclaim His TRUTH, and to bless the Land and people of Israel until Yeshua returns.
As we continue our mission — to strengthen the Body of Messiah in Israel and the nations — we invite you to join in this same spirit of surrender and faith.
Every gift, whether large or small, becomes part of the bridge God is building between His people in Israel and those among the nations who stand for truth and stand with them in love. As this year comes to a close, we invite you to stand with Tikkun Global and give generously. Your offering will join those of many others.
Together, we are participating in prophecy being fulfilled.
Thank you for walking with us, praying with us, and giving as the Lord leads you. May He find us faithful to steward every mite, every coin, every dollar, for His glory.
With deep gratitude and reverence,
Felipe Hasegawa
