Scope of Investigation 

The CLIENT retains FIREFLY to conduct an independent investigation into allegations of sexually abusive misconduct by Mike Bickle in his association with the International House of Prayer, Kansas City, MO (hereinafter referred to as IHOPKC) (or any other ministry where Mike Bickle held a leadership position) and others in leadership at IHOPKC (or any other ministry where Mike Bickle held a leadership position) and whether there were systemic patterns of behavior within the IHOPKC leadership that contributed to any abuse (if the abuse is confirmed).

FIREFLY shall also investigate the mishandling (cover-up) of any allegation of sexual abuse / misconduct connected with IHOPKC that was reported to IHOPKC leadership and any allegation of sexual abuse / misconduct from any previous ministry where Mike Bickle had leadership that was reported. This shall include how leadership responded to such allegations brought to them and how incorrect responses negatively affected victims.

Note: We will not investigate consensual sexual relations between students and interns.

FIREFLY will post a public online survey that will be made available to the broader IHOPKC community (former and active) and those who were connected to other minsitries where Mike Bickle had leadership to assist the investigation team in collecting relevant information within the scope of this investigation.

This engagement is limited to the above-referenced scope that the parties have agreed to in this engagement agreement. Understanding that investigations can evolve as facts come to light, the parties agree that any material changes to the scope of this engagement will be conveyed in writing and signed by the parties.
