Dr. Paul Blake served as the founder of Kingdom Living Messianic Congregation in Kansas City, as well as the founder of Elim Messianic Congregation in Florida, where he still serves as an elder. He is also actively serving as the founder of the First Coast House of Prayer in Saint Augustine, Florida - a Messianic ministry in the strategic city of St. Augustine, Florida.
