Leon Mazin

In 2001 Leon and Nina planted the Shavei Tzion (Return to Zion) community in Haifa to help reach Russian Jews from the former Soviet Union. Since then, it has grown from a fledgling Messianic Jewish congregation into a multi-faceted center.

Shavei Tzion is a place to worship the Lord, seek His will and hear His prophetic voice. There are educational opportunities for both children and adults. Outreaches include assisting the weak and needy, and a broadcast studio to help answer the questions of Jewish people seeking the truth. In addition, Shavei Tzion has planted a daughter congregation in Upper Nazareth.
